Correct image sizing for tattoo
Are you sure you're uploading a file that has 25px by 25px dimensions? It's suuuuper tiny. You might have to convert it. Can you see what dimensions you have?

How is it not showing up? Like it's not in the horse's image, or you can't find them in the tack editor? Maybe try searching in the search bar? And you do not need a premium account or anything.
