    Go to the stable management tab and click "Change My Stable Name"

    That doesn't change the owner name - owner name is not the same as stable name. :) IE my stable name is Triple Spiral, but my horses show as owned by Gael4ce.

    The stable name only shows on the horse's page under "location".
