Cloning questions

So I have been considering cloning one of my older stallions that I like a lot about but can't breed due to age. This process raised a few questions.
1) are clones of lined horses created as lined or foundation?
2)would it be considered "inbreeding" to breed a horses that goes back to the original and a horse that goes back to the clone?

Clones have the same lines as the original horse. And yes, it would be considered inbreeding since the clone is like a twin sibling to the original - you can't tell if it's a clone or a full sibling.
