As many of possibly noticed, Tack Manager was/is acting up and in order to fix we were told to refresh the horse's image. That is what I did, but now I have horses' with changed/altered colors. I have horses' who's manes and or tails that have gotten lighter, darker(for light colored horses), and loss of color. I have one horse who's tail went from white to brown and blue eyes to brown eyes. Is there anything that can be done to fix this?

Usually when refreshing changes something, it's because there was a problem in the original image and the refresh corrects it. However, Ammit has been working on stuff, so it's possible that you refreshed when she was working on something.

Try another refresh, that should take care of any errors. If it stays the same, then that's the way it was supposed to be all along.

I could understand if I had just created them, but these horses were born like that, have been on the game for months (even before the art was updated) and now with me refreshing their image they've changed. Keep in mind i've used "Refresh Image" many times before and never had this kind of out come.

The older they are the more likely they will change, there has been lots of updates to colours that will only show up when the image is refreshed or re-rolled

To me it doesn't make sense to say a mostly white horse with a white tail to go brown and blue eyes to go brown...

I honestly don't mind the other horses differences because they are very slight, but this is the horse that I'm talking about: http://www.huntandjump.com/horse.php?horseid=3519844 . I bought him for his looks and it also turns out he is my best stallion.

Tails are in the middle of being worked on right now. There are no markings on tails at the moment. They will be back soon enough. I had to take a break to deliver goat babies. Real life animals have to come first.

Oh, totally understand. Congrats on the babies! So there still a possibility of the tail reverting back to white? What about his eyes?

It will be white once tails are finished and his image refreshes again. You can pay money to reroll until you get blue eyes back but they are not guaranteed to stay if the image system gets updated.

Im guessing his markings would change if I reroll
