Using the free testing (Gelding Advice, Mare Advice, and Showing Aptitude Test) would be extremely beneficial. It helps narrow down which horses are good for breeding and which are good for showing and best of all, it's free to use! :D There won't be much interest otherwise because not many people want to purchase a horse that might be spayed/gelded for more than the create price(2500). :)
