Error messages on tack manager

Every time I go to tack manager it gives me an error message. What is wrong?

This is a known problem. The solution is to refresh the horse's image. See this post:

It doesn't specifically mention this particular phenomemon, but refreshing the image is the way to correct this response as well as the others mentioned in the post.
