Is there any other way to upgrade? Paypal isn't accepting either of my cards

The whole system is automated through paypal, just like purchases at a store use a card reader. That is the only way we can safely accept payment info.

If you are using prepaid cards, most of them require you "activate" them a certain way to be able to use them on line. You'd have to call the card provider or visit their website to figure out how, it varies from card to card.

Just using my debit cards as I do with everything else. Has been happening for lots of people lately I can't even buy anything on ebay at the moment :/ apparently if I do it on desktop it'll work but unfortunately I only use my phone have no laptop

Best solution I can come up with then is to find a friend who will let you use their computer to add the credit card info to Paypal? I wouldn't use a public system for that.
