They are what is called an LE gene. Limited Edition. They cost real money to get.
Ammit occasionally creates Limited Edition genes for horses for special events, and which are sometimes offered more than once, and other times are only a one time deal.Was Rebecca Iavelli on the old forum

I have no plans to ever sell nexus again, I think it has been aggressively over bred at some pretty horrible quality. So bad news for anyone who want's a foundation. Good news for anyone who just wants a few pretties because they are cheap and plentiful.Need to contact me? Read this first.

I am sorry to hear that. It has taken a bit, but I think I have figured the breeding out now...So I do understand how they are made into poor quality horses. I have a few horses now and will try hard to make the quality better if that is even possible.?

It is very possible to increase the quality of your lines, by selecting the best mares and studs you can and keeping only their best foals. The most important thing, though, is to remember to have fun :)
