can someone tell me how to get another barn?!

If you go to the upgrade page you can buy one with real money. There is also an option to buy barns with IV's, which is basically trading game money for Investment Vouchers. You need 12,500 Hb's for 1 LV, and for example a 30 horse barn costs 10 IV's
