Tack packs items will vanish if you buy a horse but don't own the tack pack

I'm already seeing the issue with this. If you buy a horse with holofoil for example and and you don't own it then the effect vanishes at the next image refresh. I don't want people buying the tack packs and then using them to boost the prices of sale horses.Post edited by Ammit at 2016-08-24 09:27:10Need to contact me? Read this first.

Thanks for clarifying that, Ammit. It certainly makes sense that the effects of the special tack packs should not be permanent if a buyer doesn't own those features.
