Rank 6 or Rank Special are the rarest and hardest to get. The easiest or least rare are rank 1

The rarest herd helpers are the Rank Specials. Ammit creates special mixes of color and/or patterns for special occasions or seasons. Sometimes everyone in the game gets one share of a Rank Special. At other times, players with lots and lots of hajibucks will reroll their herd helper until they get one. I believe that Ammit has a couple of new Rank Specials coming up for the Bling Party.

Next rarest are the Rank 5s, followed by Rank 4, Rank 3, Rank 2 and Rank 1.

Rank 1 herd helpers are things like Bay, Heterozygous Roan--common colors and patterns.

Each Herd Helper gives the person who gets it a certain number of creates--lower ranks provide more creates, higher ranks provide fewer. Each Herd Helper also allows you to share it with a certain number of players, once again, higher ranks can be shared fewer times. Each time someone takes a share of a herd helper you have posted, you get to make a few more horses, again in descending amounts as the rank increases.
