This is a game that requires some patience, but buying some more horses with points would be a way to increase your income. One place to look for more horses with points is the auction. I did a search for auction horses under 16 (so that they are sure to last at least one more game year before aging out) sorted by points. There probably won't be many with huge amounts of points since players generally hang on to those, but you can probably find one or two with enough to be worth buying each time and gradually build your show herd that way. I would recommend checking not only current points, but also where the horse is placing in its class and choosing ones that are placing at least in the middle of their class and adding to their points.

Ok so I know I need a good show string. Should I keep all my horses and continue showing them, or keep the good showers and sell the not so great ones, or should I just invest In other horses to buy from people that already have points?

I actually have one with 2,118 points and one with 3,487 overall points. Somebody gave them to me. All of the ones that I have bred or created have 0.5-1.0

Completely agree with Alianne. You want to find Exceptional show horse if you can. You can use the new search feature for that. Most of my foundations are ET (egg Transfer) mares so I really don't go by that much anymore, but when you are starting out and have a small stable.. that is 100% your best bet. You cannot play thing game without a good show string.. you need it to generate income, unless you want to buy plenty of infusions.

Use all free testing you can when it comes to your horses.It helps you prevent breeding mistakes. You can pick up Exceptional Show Horses starting at 2500.
