Still listed as upgraded, but lost benefits

Hello all!
I'm not sure if this was mentioned in any other post, so I apologize if it has and I missed it.
My account still shows that I have a Level 4 upgrade until December, but I have lost all of my privileges. How do I verify my status and get my basic upgrade turned back on?

I'm not sure this will be a definitive answer for you, but what sometimes works is to log out, meaning do a hard log out from the bottom of the left menu bar instead of just closing the browser window, and then logging back in again.
