How to put a horse up for public breeding?

I have a few ice horses is like to go up for breeding! But I don't know how to put them up for breeding can anyone help me out and explain it to me?

Got to the Control Panel tab of the horse. There is a box labeled "Place this horse for public breeding" in the lower center. Type the stud fee you want in the box and click the "Set Breeding Fee" button. Stallions have to be at least 3 years old and mares 4 years old to breed.
