When a horse or pony is leveled off is it better for them to become broodies instead of showing? Will I still get their show bonus if they are in my pasture?

As with many things, the real answer here is... it depends.

If the horse/pony in question has leveled off in a place where they are no longer gaining any points at all (as in, they come in dead last in every show) then it may not be worth the effort/time/whatever to show them anymore and you won't hurt anything moving them to a pasture.

If they leveled off in a spot where they gain several points every week, it may be financially beneficial to leave them where they can collect those points.

But yes, they still contribute their points to your bonus in a pasture, they just can't be shown at all.
