I have 2 studs that I think are Gen3xGen2?
What does it mean? Are they still going to make good stallions? Here is one of their links.

If you click on their family tab you will see that Ice Copper's sire is 2nd generation and the dam is a foundation mare - this means that your foal is 3rd gen on one side and 2nd gen on the other. Some people prefer their lines to be even, but being only one generation out, so to speak, will probably not make much difference. You could try papering your stallion (in the column on the left there is a button under 'testing and papering' called 'stallion papering') but I think you need at least the basic upgrade for that, and it costs 1500hbs. I would say it would need to paper at least a B as its sire is B, if it is C I would geld it. Other than that, the only way to find out if it is any good is to breed it when it is old enough and see what kind of foals you get. Hope that helps. :)Thanked by 1StrykerStables
