Depends on the horse, the bloodline the ice is from, and what ice gene it is. You have ice 1 (the most common), descending from some very common ice 1 foundations, from an unpapperd stallion who is from low quality lines. So your colt is only worth about 2500 hbs. (what you could from the public auction)

Ice 1 common and there are many low quality ice 1 horses. That is why a lot of them don't pass testing.

Totally up to you. He is very low quality but some people only care about the fantasy colors and don't mind that. :)
