According to the horse search, there's over 12,000 liver horses in the game. So, no, not rare at all. ;) Also not hard to breed for. Some people may pay a bit more because they like the color, but that's true of any gene in the game. It all depends on who sees the horse for sale.

If you can create it, it's not rare. Because anyone can create it. And anyone can breed for it.

The one exception to that rule would be brindle, but even then people won't pay six figures for them.

The bottom line is that no create is going to make you rich, it's a much more successful strategy to build yourself a good show string - that's what all the rich stables have done.
