    Hi there! I'm enjoying your game very much. I remember reading once that you don't like being bothered by game issues, unless it's about upgrades or something of the sort? I can't find that thread, but I thought this was worth asking about.

    I just did a basic upgrade through investment vouchers. I'm sure I clicked the right one. I double checked on my public stable page, and it says I have a Basic Membership. Is there a reason I cannot access performance testing, stallion papering, etc. even though I have a Basic Membership? I'm wondering if this is a bug somehow?

    No, your account just doesn't look for the upgrade once you are in it. If you log out (actually use the log out button at the bottom of the side menu, don't just close your browser) and log back in, I'll bet you find the upgrade applied. :)
