Final height?

That's not a glitch, drafts can be that tall.

Ammit introduced variable heights not too long ago. Even Warmbloods can be that tall or taller.
In fact, there are currently 5 horses in the game that are or will be 18 hands. Their picture doesn't look any taller than those that are 17 hands, since that size wouldn't fit in the image block. They would have to lose their feet or the tops of their heads if their picture was any larger. However, that is their official height.
