Horse photo not showing

I haven't been able to see my horse's photo since I bought her a month ago. Can anyone else see it? How do I get this fixed?

It's easily fixed with a reroll.
Click on the IV manager under the 'Upgrades and Extras' dropdown and go down to the IV Shopping option at the bottom of the page. Portrait rerolling is the first option that comes up; costs 100 hbs and will give her a brand new image. -
