Cannot "unalter" horse, doesn't appear in list

Can anyone help figure out why this horse isn't showing up in the list http://www.huntandjump.com/horse.php?horseid=3452530
I have GMT's available
I made sure her testing is turned on
I've tried changing her name so she would be at the very top or botton of the list and I still cannot find her.
Any help is appreciated
