At the top of the list of horses you see a few things like name, age, PT score, gender, size etc. In that row you also see 'move' with two checkboxes. If you click on the box that is already checked, then all your horses will be checked and you can move them by scrolling down, selecting the barn you want to put them in and click on the 'move these horses' button.
If you only want a few horses to move to another barn, just simply check the checkbox behind them and choose the barn you want to put them in!
