Almost. From best to worst, mare papers run Gold, Blue, Red, Yellow, Failed.

Expect most ordinary create mares to paper Yellow, although exceptional producers and some perfect creates will paper Red. Since Ammit redid the mare papering system some time ago, this is to be expected and not immediate cause for yumming them. However, I don't keep second gen mares that paper yellow among my breeding herd.
