Cannot take a horse off stud/brood

I go to the, place your horse for breeding. I set the number to zero to remove from public breeding. It does say "This horse is now off the market." However, when I go back and check, it still shows the horse is still up for stud/brood. I refreshed the page and cleared my Cache. Using Chrome as the browser. I don't see him as up for breeding, so I'd guess a chat room too.

They're most likely right. You'll need to go into that chat room to take him down - assuming you want to. :)
