    Hello! New to the game. Im wondering, how do you make a new tattoo or do I have to be a premium member?

    You do have to have a Basic Upgrade, though not a Premium one. Then the tattoo registry opens up and you can create one, pixel by pixel in the 25 pixel square provided. Some of us enjoy creating tattoos for other players, too, usually for the cost of the tattoo slot and something extra for design time.

    Probably not best friend. You can try it but I would not expect it to work. Use firefox or chrome on your phone not the default browser for the best chance.
