Once a horse has been voted down, it cannot be placed up for sale for more than half of the price it was listed as when it was voted down.

I don't understand why 2500 was voted down.. may I have a link to the horse?

The only possible reason I can imagine is that there weren't results for every test, which isn't reasonable, since not every player has access to all the tests. Create price for a 2nd gen that has been through free testing, sounds completely reasonable to me. I have bought horses like this, completed the testing, since I have a Premium Upgrade, and acted according to my standards for the additional tests. Even if the horse gets neutered, it would have at least a chance of fitting into my show herd.

Looking at it, it was a total newbie who added the third vote, probably having no idea what they were doing. There are two votes from some time ago. I am guessing this horse was priced much higher before, got two vote flags, then it's price was made more reasonable. I removed the price limit on that horse. Shame you already sold it though. :(
