It's normal for that herd helper! All of the horses created with the Freaky Friday HH have two copies of frame (since anything could happen on Friday the 13th! ;p)
Normally they wouldn't survive indeed, but when you're creating horses they can't die of two copies of Olw or too high KIT mutation. It's the same as GMTing a foundation horse; you can do anything with that as well, every combination possible. Only when breeding horses the Kit mutation and frame matters. But ofcourse, when having a foundation horse with two copies of frame (or for example two copies of w1) the chances are very high the resulting foals will die, because they will always pass the frame (or the w1), and when breeding with another horse that has frame, even if it's one copy, the chances are 50% the resulting foal will not survive. So that's why you don't see many foundation horses with two copies of Olw Olw or for example two whites (1,2,3,4) since it *can* make the breeding more difficult.
Hope this helped out a bit! But you don't have to worry about the double Olw Olw, it is completely normal for Freaky Friday horses!
