Missing Stalls

It seems I am missing 83 stalls from my primary barn.
It has reset back to 100 stalls. Previously it was sitting at 183.
I have just merged accounts with my freebie account, could this be the reason these stalls are missing? Is there any chance I can recover these stalls?

I just checked my barns after roll over and they are back.
Very strange.
