I see horses that came from Hajinc University, are they sold on occasion? Or how do you come about one?

They are clones. You can only clone horses that you bred. It costs 50 IV's for the first clone, and the price increases if you clone the same horse more than once.

They will have the same family tree as the horse it was cloned from

Yes foundations can be cloned.

There used to be a horse lab where you could create a foundation horse of your choice for so many IVs. Each gene, etc cost a certain number of IVs. However, that was a long time ago. Nowadays clones are the ones that come from there.

I want to add that a clone won't receive any special genes or anything. It will be a carbon copy of whatever horse you are trying to clone minus a few select genes like brindle doesn't clone.

@BlueSprings I can't clone myself (only basic upgrade) but does that mean when you have a homo KP horse for example with S+ that the KP and the S+ won't be on the clone?
Or is it just LE genes like Ice, Nexus/axiom and maybe snowflake?

I have cloned a few S+ and I have seen some snowflake and satin clones. I expect that KP would clone since it is in the GMT lab. Ammit does discourage cloning of LE foundations though.

Some LE genes clone, some do not. I do not believe KP clones.

I have a couple KP clones from around SS time last year, so it cloned back then. So unless any new changes have been made about that since, yes, KP clones.
