When to Yum and consistency.
-
I have a few horses that Ive had for months now, and although the have decent PT's they literally have zero points. Nada. Zilch. Would it be better worth my time just to yum them to make room for better future horses or do I hold on and hope they eventually start performing.
Small second question, if they are 'Consistent' does that also mean they can be consistently bad too?Breeder of:

Why do they have zero points? Unless they've come in dead last in every show they've ever been in, they ought to have a few. If they've been trained every week for months they should be fine show horses as-s, but links to them might help clear up any issues I'm missing.
Consistent just means their show scores aren't going to be wildly different in the same week. It doesn't mean good or bad, and people used to pay a lot more specific attention to it before the last show system overhaul. -
I think I may have yummed them already oops. I had a create from last month that was dead last every time, maybe had 1.0 point and that was it, even with all the training etc,

If it was 2 years old or older and came in last every time it showed, even after several weeks of training, it probably had a low PT. If it was intact, it might still have been good for breeding, since in foundations there is no link between breeding ability and showing ability. They are two completely separate numbers.
If you were creating yearlings, it wouldn't have started training until it turned 2. Once horses reach Level 2 Local, they have to gain about 8 points until they will be scoring near the top of their classes. Many foundations will take about 2 weeks of training to reach that point in this game.
