Premium upgrade has gone

I have a premium upgrade which is paid monthly on 25th. I got a new debit card and went on to paypal to update the card. Last time I got a new card I had real trouble changing the card details with paypal and was getting quite frantic because I had failed attempts to pay Hajinc. I ended up ringing them up to talk to a real person to take me through the procedure, but through the few days it took I still had my upgrade. This time I thought I had it right but got an e-mail notification yesterday (25th) to say that the payment had failed and they would try again on 28th. I think I found the problem and fixed it and assumed I would be OK until the 28th but having logged on today there is no upgrade. I don't want to try setting up the upgrade again in case it works on 28th and I end up with two. Any thoughts? (I have to say that paypal do not make it straightforward to update card details. The e-mail they sent told me to go to various drop down menus etc that just don't seem to exist.)

Since your payment failed on the 25th your upgrade expired. Since you have not paid yet you won't see the upgrade until after it is paid on the 28th. You can wait until the 28th for it to charge or you can go in to paypal and cancel your subscription and create a new one.

Thank you Ammit. The link you gave me took me to a page that no longer exists on paypal. I will wait until tomorrow to see if it works and if not I'll try doing what you said, and if I need it I'll ask for help again.

It's OK - whatever I did worked and the payment went through today. When I logged on here my upgrade is back. Thanks for taking the time to help me, I know you are very busy with computer stuff.
