Changing Stallion to Mare
-
I recently bred two colts. They both test AGA their sires. Would it be worth it to change them into mares? They are not good enough to keep as studs, but I am unsure how they would do as broods. Any advice?

If you would not keep them as studs then you consider them not good enough to breed then I would geld them

I would not keep them; it really doesn't make sense to keep a horse that you know isn't better than its parents. It would be different perhaps if they'd both tested superior to sire and you only wanted to keep one as a stud.Who honors those we love for the very life we live? Who sends monsters to kill us and at the same time sings that we will never die? Who teaches us what's real and how to laugh at lies? Who decides why we live and what we'll die to defend? Who chains us and who holds the key that can set us free? It's You! You have all the weapons you need, now fight!
