For foundation horses:
E/e, A,a, C/Cr, D/d, G/g, F/f, S/Sts, P/p, Z/z, Ch/ch are all 1 GMT each.
Pearl (a cream allele) is 4 GMTs.
Kit Roan, White 1, White 2 and Sb 1 are 1 GMT each. Sb2 is 25 GMTs.
Splash, Varnish, Appaloosa, Rabicano, and Frame are all 1 GMT each.
Changing White Factor, PATN, and making a horse perfectly consistent are all 1 GMT each.
Swapping Gender is 2 GMTs.

For lined horses, you can only change a gene to its opposite if one of the parents has it and the foal missed it. The lab will show you which genes the foal carries and will let you know if you can change one. I'm not sure of the cost for the rare genes in this instance, though I seem to remember being charged 1 GMT for them. But I could be mistaken.

Also, if you have a foal that missed Brindle, Ice, GP or KP, then it cannot be added with GMT's. It just doesn't have it. My advice, If you need pastures, then get those. I have only personally used GMT's on a few horses that were very exceptional in everything else, but missed their color or if I was creating a foundation that I wanted, like my Sb3 horses.
