"Exceptional Producer" ?
-
My Herd Helper the other day was an "exceptional producer" so I assumed that meant that the horse would produce good foals, so I created a stallion with that Herd Helper. When I bred him, the colt ended up having a higher performance test score than my HH stallion, yet when I tested the foal with breeding advice he was gelded anyway. Was I wrong to assume that "exceptional producer" meant that the foals wouldn't be gelded/spayed? I'm fairly new here so forgive me if I'm wrong.

Exceptional producer means that their breeding ability is really good for foundations, so they're more likely to produce good and better foals. That doesn't necessarily mean the foals will all be intact though. The foal might just be a good shower!

Oh okay that makes sense. Thanks for the response!
