If a RS description doesn't specify a horse's breeding ability, does that mean that they are always perfect foundations or top notch producers?
I've seen a bunch that don't say anything about ability, and others that say exceptional producers/exceptionally perfect. Should I assume that unless it specifically states it, they're just perfect foundations? -
