Gming a horses gender?

Saw this tweet in my sidebar: GMing a horse's gender now correctly removes old paper levels. Incorrect gender papers have also been removed . How do I do this and what is GMing?Committed to excellence in motion.

No GM is the correct term. It means Gene Modify. GMT means Gene Mod Token and is what you spend to GM a horse.Need to contact me? Read this first.
