I've seen 0.2 before :) But still, that's pretty low. The lowest I have is a 2

I have two that are 0.2 and one that is 0.3. I believe that 0.2 is the lowest in the game, although in the past apparently, there were horses in the negative numbers. PT score has no impact on breeding ability, so don't let it put you off. :)
