It will cost you 2 Iv's to buy the tack pack. To get the IV's you need to go to Upgrades and Extra link on your left in the blue. Each Iv is going to cost you 12500 in Hb's.
Once you click Upgrades and Extra, click on upgrade with game money.

In the middle of the page, there are several blue buttons. The second button is the one you want to buy IV's. It will take you to a page that will ask you how many you want.
Buy the 2, and then once you have them, then re-click on the Upgrades and Extra page, re-click on the Upgrade with Game money, and then at the bottom of the page, it has a blue button the saids Shop with IV's. Click that and then look for the Trail Ride pack.
