There had been problems with too many poor quality nexus horses being sold to newer players for huge amounts of money so horses with it can no longer be sold in the auction or on the public sale board and private sale to players who do not have their own foundation is discouraged.

Correct. You can buy them in the auction. Most of the junker fast cash breeders have stopped breeding them though. They are harder to find for sale now but the quality has gone up. Best best is probably to make a post asking if any one has one from an open line they wish to sell.
