Basic upgrade is required.On the Stable home on the right side there is a section called upgraded features. At the bottom is Tattoo Registry. You will be able to create one free tattoo. Each slot after that costs 10,000hb.
To design the tattoo click on tattoo registry Choose a name then click edit tattoo name to save. Then click edit tattoo design you have a 25x25 size square to create your tattoo. It is in 8-bit/Pixel form. You will need to be on a computer to design it.
To place the tattoo go to the horse you want to place it on, select tack, go to tattoo manager. There you can select the tattoo and where you want it placed. You are then able to go to other horses and copy it :)
It cost 25hb to place a tattoo and 500 hb to remove them.
There are also players on here who can design the tattoo for you. :)
