False Palominos?

I noticed the following tweet but can't find any place where it has been discussed:
Double cream DP horses are now more accurate, and can produce false palominos.
What does this mean exactly? Are double cream DP horses testing as palominos but are not palominos? -
They are horses that are homozygous for cream but also have DP. With the edit their coats are darker. Some of these horses, though genetically cremello, look like they are palomino. Here are a few of my examples:
