Rerolling Backgrounds

Before I brought to the bug section I wanted to ask everyone else.... Is anyone else having issues getting the background when you reroll the image. I have come across about 30 horses that just will not get the background no matter how many times I have rerolled. I have searched to see if this has already been discussed but found nothing, so I apologize if it has already been.

No, made a new uni horse yesterday and rerolled several times until he was super pretty. He never got the background either. I figured something was being tweaked.Who honors those we love for the very life we live? Who sends monsters to kill us and at the same time sings that we will never die? Who teaches us what's real and how to laugh at lies? Who decides why we live and what we'll die to defend? Who chains us and who holds the key that can set us free? It's You! I rerolled one of my girls this a.m. (that would not previously background) and she did, however, that was the only one. I tried a couple others with no luck. Dunno.
