If you created her yourself it is possible, but not if you bought her from someone else . Go to the Advanced Facilities tab and Unalter Horses. It will cost 1GMT which you can buy for real money (currently on sale for $3.75) or game money (20 IVs or 250,000hbs).Breeding high quality Sheldasen horses in all the fancy colors.
