I really hope somebody can help me.
Like I have mentioned before, I used to play H&J before. Then I gave it up because I was having a hard time fitting it in with being a new mum. Anyway, I started playing again a few days ago. This morning I was doing a search for horses, and one of my old horses came up! Its owned by the archive now, but still had my old player id as the breeder. So I clicked on it and even though there are no horses in my barns, the stable is still listed as active! I must apologise if any rules have been broken as I had no idea that the old stable was still there!

Is it at all possible to merge my old stable into the new one? The only reason I ask is that I see I have a few extra barns on the old one that would really help me out.

If it's still active, the trick would be logging into it! If you had the same email there might be a way to reset the password? Not sure if I've ever noticed that option though for when you can't remember the password

If they have the same email address (or you can log into the old one and change it to your current one) you can merge accounts. "Merging will move all of the horses, cash, Iv's, upgrades, barns and straws you might own from the selected account and move them into this one." You can view how on the Investment Voucher Manager page. If they use the same email, your old stable will be on the drop down list, with the cost in IV's to merge them. If you don't see it on the list, you'll have to try and login and change the email address.

They both appear to be upgraded, so you shouldn't be in violation of any rules. It's only when people have multiple free accounts (with no upgrades on them) that problems arise.

Ah so if they have the same email you won't need the password to the old one as it should appear in the new menu to merge?

Exactly, Kintara. If they have the same email linked to them, it should be on the drop-down list.

It also is no big deal to have two. You can only have one free but as many upgraded accounts as you like.

Thank you for your help so far everyone! This has always been a pretty helpful community.
So, I figured out my password to my old account. Turns out there are no horses (they've obviously moved on), but quite a few HB's (woohoo!). It is a level3 account and my new account is a level 4. When I am logged in to my new account it gives me the option to have my old account merged. But when I'm logged into my old account it gives me no such option. Any idea why that is?

I'm not really sure. The only reason I can think of is because the new one is a higher upgrade level. If that's not it, then I don't have a clue.

Thank you Raina, that makes sense. Ammit, would you be able to confirm? Would my Antilles Lodge account have to be lower than a level 4 in order for it to appear on the In The Shadows drop down menu for merging?

Maybe you can test by deactivating your new accounts upgrade? You can activate it again once you check.

You always have to move the lower level account into the higher level account. You can just sell the upgrade in the IV manager. Spend the IVs though they don't transfer I believe.

Thank you both. I just tried deactivating my level 4 upgrade as suggested by Raina but it Antilles Lodge still didn't show up on the In The Shadows dropdown list. Ammit, if In The Shadows was also a level 4, would that work?
And if so, would the left over days of my level4 upgrade on AL just be added onto the days worth of upgrade on ITS?

Yes they can be the same level. As far as I know the level 4 would be added to the account. But I won't guarantee that. That script is probably 7 year old. I don't know what it all does.

Ok, so here I am. I upgraded my ITS account to a level 4 and I merged my AL account to it.
In regards to the two level 4 upgrades, one is active, the other is inactive. So I guess I'll just leave the one as inactive until the first runs out. Thank you for your help everyone :)

Hhhmmm, I'm logged in as In the Shadows (Antilles Lodge should be non existent due to the merge) but its still posting here in the forum as Antilles Lodge...
