Just below the top blue bar with the game name, there is a white bar with "HAJ Forum" on the left and a bell on the right. The bell is for chat rooms which can be created by any member with a Premium Upgrade.

Clicking on the bell, takes you to a page that lists all the current chat rooms. There are private rooms that the creator invites other players to join. These don't show up on the list For instance, I have a private chat room used mainly for selling horses by what used to be called buddy sales. When I want to sell someone a horse, regardless of upgrade, I make them a member, put the horse up for sale. Once it has been bought, I usually remove that player from the member list, though I'll add her later if she's buying another horse from me.

There are also chat rooms created by players interested in special genes. Other players can request to join them. Some rooms are open to anyone.

Near the top is the spot where you can create your own chat room. Just give it a name, click on the button and then set the rules you want to have for that room.
