Whenever two players are using the same computer, as my daughter and I sometimes do, the first player has to log out using the Log Out button at the bottom of the left menu before we change users. We also have to close the browser window and open a new one. Sometimes the first person's stable ID gets stuck in the Forum, even with those precautions.

We have both found ourselves logged into our own account for the game, but using the same user name/account in the forum. We try to check to see who's name shows up when we go to the forum. If it's the wrong name, we click the sign out button on the right of the dark blue bar, then log into again, with the right name and password.
