I bought a horse and he was a Blue Roan Frame (with some other genes), when I changed a tack item on him and refreshed his page his color changed a bit. The frame (white) on his picture was way more visible then it is now, I tried refreshing again to see if it might've just been a glitch or something but it stayed the same.
If you click the horse, his picture isn't the same as it says it is.

He's an old horse; chances are very good that the image you first saw was an old one. When you put tack on him it updated his image to the newest system, which does periodically cause changes - sometimes very dramatic ones in the case of loudly marked horses like this guy.

It's not a glitch though.

Ok so its just his picture being updated to the new system?

You can pay (in hbs) to reroll his portrait to get the look you prefer.

Go to his control panel, click reroll.

I had this problem with multiple horses as well
