2 stables?

Hello,
I seem to be blind and cannot find the info on having 2 stables. I know you can but I know there was special rules about it. I’d like to have a different stable for just my drafts, it started out as just a “little” side project... but it didn’t stay little...but am not sure if I can do that without breaking rules as I would want to transfer them all to there.
Does anyone know if this is ok to do? Or could point me to wear it is in the rules?
