How does papering work?

    I've looked all around and I can't figure out how to paper my horses. Where do I go to paper them? Also, is it better to breed with an equal level horse pair or breed with a higher level horse?

    Papering is under “breeding inspection” under the control panel it’s available to premium and basic upgrades. It’s best to breed horses to the same level for a better chance at intact foals

    However, if you're interested in breeding show horses, then breeding a higher level stallion to lower level mares will be likely to get you neutered foals with the higher PT scores.
